USA shipping – now back to regular service

Good news: we’ve resumed regular parcel shipping to the United States. Standard service runs via the postal network again, with full tracking.

Orders $100.00+ = $35.00
Orders $200.00+ = $15.00
Orders $350.00+ = Free

What changed since our last update

• In late August, the U.S. government suspended the duty-free de minimis rule for low-value imports. As a result, all inbound parcels can be subject to normal customs entry and duties. 

• Following process updates, DHL Parcel Germany has restarted business postal shipments to the USA (from September 25, 2025). This lets us return to normal, lower pricing for standard U.S. shipping. 

Duties & taxes

Because the U.S. de minimis exemption is suspended, duties and taxes may apply to all imports. These are not included in our shipping fee and may be collected by the authority. Depending on the carrier/service, they may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

Why rates are lower again

With DHL Parcel’s U.S. postal service for business shipments back online, we’re no longer limited to express-only solutions. That’s why we can offer the tiered standard rates above instead of the previous temporary $100 express flat rate.
